Mulch film for Agriculture
Why Choose Paya Polymer Dana’s Mulch Films?
Paya Polymer Dana Mulching Film is made of High Strength LLDPE and LDPE Material.
It’s a multilayer PE Film with UV stabilizer and additives to improve the life of the soil. Mulching is a technique of adding a layer to the surface of soil around the plant with plastic film to conserve the soil’s moisture that suppresses weeds growth, regulate soil temperature and prevent water loss through evaporation
What Are Mulch film and Why Do They Matter?
July 2025
Mulch film is a plastic sheet used to cover soil, helping reduce water loss, block weed growth, and boost crop yield. It regulates soil temperature, protects against erosion, and improves soil structure. Mulching also enhances fertilizer efficiency and supports healthier root development.
Benefits of Mulch Film for Farmers
Mulch film helps farmers save time, effort, and costs by offering key advantages:
- 1Suppresses weed growth effectively
- 2Retains soil moisture and reduces water usage
- 3Regulates soil temperature and limits fluctuations
- 4Silver/black film repels insects naturally
- 5Shields soil from harsh weather, preserving soil health
- 6Prevents crop contact with soil, reducing fruit rot

Anti-Fog Additives: The Key to Crystal-Clear Plastic Applications
What Are Anti-Fog Additives and Why Do They Matter?
08 Jun 2025
Anti-Fog Additives are essential ingredients used in plastic formulations to prevent the formation of fog or condensation on film surfaces. These additives significantly improve the clarity and transparency of plastic products, especially in high-humidity or temperature-variable environments. Whether in food packaging or greenhouse films, Anti-Fog Additives ensure optimal visibility and performance.
Performance Testing of Anti-Fog Additives in Hot and Cold Conditions
Hot Climate Test (60°C):
Conducted at Paya Polymer Dana’s lab, this test compared a control film (without additive) and two samples with 5% and 7% Anti-Fog Additives. Over three hours, the treated films maintained exceptional clarity, while the untreated sample showed significant fog buildup. Visual evidence confirmed the effectiveness of the additives in hot environments.
Cold Climate Test (4°C):
In a separate test lasting seven days, the same three samples were exposed to cold conditions. Once again, the films with Anti-Fog Additives retained their anti-fog properties throughout the period, outperforming the untreated sample in maintaining visibility and transparency.
Why Choose Paya Polymer Dana’s Anti-Fog Additives?
At Paya Polymer Dana, we specialize in producing high-quality Anti-Fog Additives and masterbatches that can be customized to meet specific customer needs. Our formulations are designed to improve product clarity, reduce fogging, and enhance overall plastic performance under various environmental conditions.

Introducing Paya Polymer Dana’s latest grades of Anti-UV Masterbatches
03 Dec 2024
Anti-UV Masterbatch is utilized to protect different plastic products from harmful UV radiation, making them much more resilient and durable. Unlike UV absorbers, HALS doesn’t absorb UV rays, instead, inhibits the degradation of polymers through the removal of free radicals formed during polymer oxidization. This process is often cyclic, as the HALS can regenerate and continue being effective, preventing it from getting used up during the process, making it a favorite for long-term degradation resistance.
Introducing Paya Polymer Dana’s new Grades of Anti-UV Masterbatches
EUV5400 and EUV5403 Masterbatches are specifically designed for artificial turfs for long-term applications. Adding these masterbatches will prevent the depletion of mechanical properties and avoid discoloration and degradation during the production process and long-term heat aging, extending the product’s life.
